I believe life is a constant journey of growth, resilience, and consciousness.
To me, challenges are not barriers but opportunities to transcend limits, whether physical, mental, professional, or spiritual. I see life as a process of becoming the best version of myself through discipline, flow states, faith, and a deep connection with purpose.
I also believe life is not purely linear. Our experiences, choices, and awareness shape multiple dimensions of our destiny. Living consciously means using free will with discernment, learning from the past without being bound by it, and embracing both victories and hardships as part of a greater design.
Ultimately, I view life as a balance between mind, body, and spirit, where endurance, curiosity, and service to others allow us to leave a meaningful impact in the world.
Professionally, I am a business developer, venture builder, and project leader with more than a decade of experience helping companies grow across Latin America and the United States.
My entrepreneurial path began through SYSE Group, which started over 10 years ago as a nearshore recruitment and talent acquisition firm. In that stage, I helped companies connect with the right people, build stronger teams, and access specialized talent across competitive markets.
As the digital landscape evolved, SYSE Group transitioned into digital transformation, marketing, and sales consulting for SMEs. This allowed me to support companies in adapting their operations, strengthening their commercial strategies, improving their growth systems, and navigating a more connected, competitive, and technology-driven economy.
Over time, that journey evolved into something broader.
Today, SYSE Group has become a strategic venture-building and business architecture platform focused on designing, structuring, and commercializing scalable business models across emerging industries.
Through this platform, my work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, legal structure, market access, partnerships, and execution. I focus on identifying fragmented opportunities, connecting the right stakeholders, structuring business models, and transforming early-stage ideas into commercially viable and investable ventures.
My current areas of focus include fintech, payment infrastructure, medical tourism, longevity, integrative health, workforce placement, specialty trade, real estate, digital transformation, and strategic commercialization.
Academically, I am pursuing advanced studies in Business Law with a focus on LegalTech, Fintech, AI, compliance, and digital transformation. This background allows me to bridge business strategy, technology, legal structure, operations, and innovation.
I am also connected to the world of endurance, mountain culture, and high-altitude exploration. Through my involvement with The Summit Force, I seek to help build bridges between Guatemala, Latin America, and some of the world’s most iconic mountain regions, including the Himalayas, the Andes, and beyond. For me, the mountains represent more than adventure. They are a living school of discipline, humility, resilience, faith, and human potential.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: growth is not accidental. It is designed through resilience, clarity, discipline, purpose, and execution.
When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my rescue dogs, practicing endurance sports, hiking volcanoes, and exploring the deeper questions that connect consciousness, faith, science, and human potential.
My intellectual and spiritual work is rooted in Christ and explores the convergence of contemplative prayer, sacred geometry, consciousness, quantum theory, flow states, and human transformation. I am especially interested in understanding how faith, discernment, and the interior life can help us align the mind, body, and spirit toward truth, purpose, and service.
At the same time, I study the forces reshaping our world: artificial intelligence, fintech, blockchain, payment infrastructure, LawTech, geopolitics, political economy, decentralization, conscious capitalism, emerging markets, environmental stewardship, endurance performance, and human-centered innovation.
For me, learning is a form of service. The knowledge I acquire must create value for the people I love, the communities I care about, and the projects I am called to build.
