There are periods in history when the natural world appears to speak with unusual intensity. The heat becomes harder to ignore, the atmosphere feels heavier, the ground seems less stable, sleep becomes more difficult, emotions become more volatile, and events that would normally be considered separate begin to appear within the same window of time. During the past several weeks, Guatemala has experienced the effects of the annual canícula, accompanied in many regions by persistent heat, drier intervals, thermal discomfort, and the sensation that the body is working harder simply to remain balanced. At the same time, other parts of the planet have confronted heat domes, drought, record temperatures, fires, disturbed weather patterns, geomagnetic activity, and significant seismic events. The temptation is to place every phenomenon under one dramatic explanation. Yet true discernment demands something more difficult: the ability to recognize connections without inventing causation, to remain spiritually attentive without abandoning scientific discipline, and to observe the heavens without turning creation itself into an idol.

Sunspots are among the most visible manifestations of solar magnetic activity. They appear darker because they are cooler than the surrounding photosphere, although they remain extraordinarily hot by terrestrial standards. Their number and complexity tend to increase during more active phases of the approximately eleven-year solar cycle. Magnetically complex sunspot regions may produce solar flares and, in some cases, eruptions associated with coronal mass ejections. However, a photograph showing several sunspots does not by itself reveal whether an eruption has occurred, whether it is directed toward Earth or whether it will generate a geomagnetic storm.

Guatemala’s recent heat must first be understood meteorologically. INSIVUMEH’s July 2026 outlook anticipated the beginning of the canícula around the middle of the month, with average maximum temperatures between approximately 30 and 38 degrees Celsius across much of the country outside the western and central highlands. Earlier in the year, Zacapa reportedly reached 43.8 degrees Celsius during Guatemala’s first formally identified heat wave of 2026. This distinction matters because a population may experience oppressive or dangerous heat even when the technical criteria for a nationwide heat wave are not continuously met. Humidity, direct solar radiation, reduced cloud cover, warm nights, urban concrete, limited ventilation and dehydration can make the lived experience more severe than the air temperature alone suggests. Guatemala is not experiencing this in isolation. Western Europe recorded its hottest June, while central and western regions have continued to confront heat, drought and dangerous fire conditions. A heat dome over the central United States placed tens of millions of people under extreme heat alerts, with some locations experiencing temperatures significantly above seasonal averages. These events are best explained through atmospheric circulation, ocean temperatures, soil dryness, regional pressure systems, urban heat effects and the broader influence of a warming climate. Solar activity is not considered the direct cause of ordinary heat waves at Earth’s surface. How Solar Activity Reaches Earth
Before examining the specific solar conditions observed during July 2026, it is necessary to understand the physical sequence through which solar activity may affect the environment surrounding Earth. Solar flares, coronal mass ejections, solar-wind streams and geomagnetic storms are related phenomena, but they are not interchangeable. Their effects depend on the type of eruption, its direction, speed, magnetic orientation and interaction with Earth’s magnetosphere.

Nevertheless, something important is also occurring above the atmosphere. The Sun is not a passive light in the sky. It is a dynamic star capable of releasing flares, energetic particles and coronal mass ejections, enormous clouds of magnetized plasma that may eventually interact with Earth’s magnetosphere. When that interaction is sufficiently strong, the result is a geomagnetic storm. Such storms can alter the ionosphere, disturb high-frequency radio communication, degrade navigation signals, increase satellite drag, induce currents in electrical infrastructure and produce auroras far beyond their usual latitudes. NOAA’s recent outlook for the period beginning July 20 described solar activity as mostly low, with a possibility of moderate episodes, while current conditions have included minor radio-blackout activity rather than evidence of an unprecedented planetary emergency. This is an important correction to the exaggerated language frequently circulating online. A Snapshot of the July 2026 Solar Conditions
The distinction between a forecast, a watch and an observed event is essential. On July 22, the monitored conditions could temporarily display no active geomagnetic storm even though a G1 interval remained possible as the high-speed solar-wind stream interacted with Earth’s magnetic environment.


These indicators should not be read as interchangeable warnings. A solar flare is classified through its X-ray intensity, while geomagnetic conditions depend on how solar-wind plasma and its magnetic orientation interact with Earth’s magnetosphere. A high probability of flaring activity does not, by itself, demonstrate that a major geomagnetic storm will reach the planet.

Taken together, these records describe a period of genuine solar activity, but not an unprecedented collapse of Earth’s magnetic environment. They support vigilance and continued observation, not exaggerated claims of an ongoing global electromagnetic catastrophe.
What the Schumann Resonance Is Actually Showing
The Schumann resonances are real and measurable. They are extremely-low-frequency electromagnetic standing waves generated primarily by global lightning and contained within the resonant cavity formed between Earth’s conductive surface and the ionosphere. Their principal modes occur near 7.83, 14.3, 20.8, 27.3 and 33.8 hertz. Because the ionosphere changes between day and night and responds to solar radiation, atmospheric electricity and geomagnetic conditions, the observed frequencies and amplitudes can fluctuate slightly. This is where a large amount of digital misinformation begins. When a Schumann spectrogram turns white, becomes unusually bright or displays a large numerical value, people frequently claim that “the Earth’s frequency has risen” from 7.83 hertz to 40, 80 or even 100 hertz. Usually, that is not what the image means. The brightness commonly represents signal intensity or amplitude across different frequencies. It may reflect strong lightning, local electromagnetic noise, equipment calibration, data saturation or interference. It does not necessarily indicate that the planet’s fundamental resonance has permanently accelerated. Furthermore, there is no single official instrument producing a universal real-time “consciousness index” for the entire Earth. A graph from one station represents what that instrument detected under its particular local and technical conditions.

A spectrogram should not be interpreted from color alone. Without the station metadata, calibration scale, amplitude measurements and confirmation from additional monitoring sites, the cause of a white-out interval cannot be determined from the image itself.

The repeated white intervals visible between July 26 and July 28 indicate periods in which the recorded signal became exceptionally intense or exceeded the useful visual range of the chart. However, the persistence of horizontal resonance bands near their conventional modes is important: the image does not show the fundamental frequency abandoning its normal region and permanently migrating toward 30 or 40 hertz. What changed most dramatically was the recorded intensity across a broad range of frequencies.
Solar storms may influence the upper boundary of the Earth-ionosphere cavity and therefore affect certain aspects of Schumann-resonance measurements. That physical interaction is reasonable and studied. The more ambitious assertion—that Schumann spikes directly represent a collective spiritual awakening or measurable elevation of human consciousness—remains an interpretation rather than an established scientific conclusion. This does not make the metaphor meaningless. It only means we should not confuse spiritual symbolism with laboratory proof. Are Solar Storms Causing the Earthquakes?
This is the most controversial question and the one that demands the greatest intellectual honesty. During July, the region experienced a major magnitude 7.3 earthquake west of Puerto Madero, Mexico, on July 17, preceded by smaller foreshocks. Guatemala and southern Mexico belong to a naturally active tectonic environment shaped by the interaction of the Cocos, Caribbean and North American plates. Some scientific studies have reported statistical correlations between geomagnetic storms and the timing of large earthquakes. One analysis of global magnitude 7.0 and larger earthquakes between 1957 and 2020 found that geomagnetic storms appeared more frequently before certain major seismic events. A later geophysical study reported an elevated probability within particular time windows following geomagnetic activity. Other researchers have proposed mechanisms involving ionospheric electric fields, charged fluids in fault zones or electromagnetic interaction with rocks already approaching rupture. However, these findings do not establish that solar storms create earthquakes. Earth’s tectonic plates store mechanical energy over years, centuries or millennia. The energy released by a major earthquake originates in the crust and mantle, not in a passing solar flare. Even researchers who explore solar-terrestrial correlations generally discuss the possibility of a very small triggering influence on a fault already near failure, not the generation of tectonic stress from nothing. Other geophysicists remain skeptical because solar storms and earthquakes are both frequent enough for accidental coincidences to occur, because proposed mechanisms remain incomplete, and because results have not yet produced a reliable predictive model.
The responsible conclusion is therefore nuanced. It is scientifically premature to declare that the recent tremors were caused by solar storms. It is also reasonable to say that the interaction between the Sun, ionosphere, geomagnetic field and stressed crust remains an active field of research. The hypothesis should not be treated as settled fact, but neither should it be mocked merely because it crosses disciplinary boundaries. The Historical Memory of a Restless Sun
Human civilization has repeatedly encountered the force of space weather without fully understanding its origin. In 1859, the Carrington Event generated extraordinary auroral displays and induced electrical currents in telegraph systems. A severe storm in February 1872 produced auroras at extremely low magnetic latitudes and is now considered comparable to the greatest storms of the modern historical record. Ancient observers recorded red skies, unusual auroras, comets, eclipses and celestial signs because the heavens were understood as part of the moral and sacred architecture of existence. Their interpretations were not always scientific in the modern sense, but they recognized something contemporary culture often forgets: humanity does not live outside creation. We exist within an atmosphere, a magnetic environment, a climatic system and a cosmos whose forces can expose the fragility of political power, technological pride and human control.
Signs in the Heavens: A Biblical Framework
Scripture repeatedly uses disturbances in the heavens and the earth as signs of judgment, transition, revelation and the collapse of human certainty. Joel speaks of “wonders in the heavens and on the earth,” including fire, smoke and changes in the appearance of the sun and moon. Jesus declares in Luke 21 that there will be signs in the sun, moon and stars, while nations experience anguish and human beings become overwhelmed by fear. Revelation 6 places a great earthquake beside dramatic celestial imagery, while Isaiah and Ezekiel employ the darkening of heavenly lights to describe the downfall of nations and systems of power. These texts should not be reduced to a code in which every solar flare automatically fulfills a specific prophecy. Biblical cosmic language has historical, symbolic and eschatological dimensions. It describes real divine sovereignty while also using creation as a theological language through which the instability of kingdoms is revealed. The essential message is not that Christians must panic every time the Kp index rises. The message is that creation belongs to God, earthly systems are temporary, and humanity must remain spiritually awake.
Luke 21 is especially relevant because Christ does not end His teaching with fear. After describing celestial and terrestrial distress, He tells His followers to stand upright, remain watchful and guard their hearts against dissipation, anxiety and spiritual sleep. The proper biblical response to cosmic disturbance is therefore not obsession, paralysis or sensationalism. It is vigilance with peace, preparation without hysteria and repentance without superstition.

The Eucharist as the Center of Christian Discernment

For the Christian, the appropriate response to a period of atmospheric, solar, seismic or emotional disturbance is not merely to observe the movement of creation, but to return to the One through whom creation received its order. The Earth may resonate, the magnetosphere may become disturbed, the ground may tremble and the human nervous system may feel overwhelmed by heat, uncertainty and fatigue, yet none of these forces occupies the center of Christian consciousness. That center belongs to Christ. The Eucharist is therefore not an esoteric instrument for manipulating planetary energy, nor a ritual equivalent to frequency therapy. It is the sacramental mystery through which Catholics confess the real presence of Christ and receive Him as spiritual nourishment, communion and grace.
The image of the Earth before the consecrated Host expresses this hierarchy. The planet is vast in relation to the human body, but creation itself remains before its Creator. The luminous Host marked with the Christogram IHS does not represent another celestial object orbiting the Earth. It symbolizes the authority of Christ over the visible and invisible order and the conviction that the deepest renewal of humanity cannot be produced merely through electromagnetic change. It must also pass through conversion, reconciliation, communion and the restoration of the human person in God.

When Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life,” He did not invite humanity to escape the physical world, but to receive divine life within it. In John 6, Christ presents Himself as the living bread given for the life of the world. The Eucharistic act therefore brings together matter and spirit, the earthly and the heavenly, the individual and the ecclesial. Bread and wine, ordinary elements of creation, become within Catholic sacramental faith the means through which Christ communicates His presence. This offers a profound response to the temptation to search endlessly for spiritual meaning in solar storms, planetary alignments or electromagnetic anomalies: creation may direct our attention toward mystery, but communion directs us toward Christ.
Practicing the Eucharistic life also carries an ethical demand. To receive communion is not simply to seek protection from fear, sickness or disaster. It is to enter into communion with Christ and, through Him, with His Body. Saint Paul warns that participation in the one bread creates responsibility toward others, especially the vulnerable, the divided and the forgotten. A society cannot claim Eucharistic devotion while remaining indifferent to those suffering from heat, displacement, poverty, illness or catastrophe. True communion should become service, reconciliation, generosity and protection of human dignity.

For this reason, the Eucharist belongs within a healthy spiritual protocol during uncertain periods. Participation in Mass, sacramental confession when appropriate, Eucharistic adoration, examination of conscience and prayer before the Blessed Sacrament can help reorder attention away from panic and toward trust. Nevertheless, these practices must not be treated mechanically, as though receiving communion were a magical guarantee that earthquakes, illness or emotional distress cannot occur. The Eucharist forms the believer to face uncertainty with Christ, not to deny the reality of suffering.
The planet does not need humanity to worship its vibrations. Humanity needs reconciliation with God, with one another and with the created order. The Eucharist reveals that Christian awakening is not merely an expansion of consciousness, but a transformation of the person through communion with Christ. In a world fascinated by frequencies, the consecrated Host points beyond frequency toward presence. In an age dominated by fear, it points toward peace. In a moment when the heavens and the earth appear unsettled, it reminds the believer that the true center has not moved.

Echoes in the Apocryphal Tradition
Apocalyptic and apocryphal Jewish literature also presents the heavens as an ordered system capable of becoming a sign of moral disorder. In the astronomical sections of 1 Enoch, especially the material commonly associated with chapters 72 through 82, the movements of the sun, moon, seasons and stars are described as part of a divinely established cosmic order. Chapter 80 imagines a period in which the regularity of that order appears disrupted, the seasons become confused and the heavenly lights no longer follow the patterns expected by humanity. The text should not be read as a technical forecast of solar cycles or the Schumann resonance. Its theological argument is that creation has an order and that human rebellion produces an experience of disorientation.

Second Esdras, also known as 4 Ezra, describes signs involving confusion among nations, disturbances in nature, social disorder and a human inability to understand the times. The Wisdom of Solomon presents creation not as an independent deity but as an instrument that ultimately serves divine justice. These writings expand the symbolic imagination surrounding biblical cosmology, but they do not authorize us to replace Christ with astrology, frequency worship or fear-driven prediction.
Apocryphal literature may deepen historical and theological context, yet Christian discernment requires a hierarchy. The heavens testify; they do not save. Electromagnetic phenomena may reveal the complexity of creation; they do not become a new gospel. No chart, planetary alignment or solar storm possesses greater authority than Christ.
Fatigue, Irritability and Changes in Mood
Many people report fatigue, fragmented sleep, headaches, vivid dreams, irritability, anxiety, emotional sensitivity or difficulty concentrating during periods of unusual weather or geomagnetic activity. It would be irresponsible to dismiss every report as imaginary, but equally irresponsible to attribute all symptoms directly to the Sun.
Extreme heat offers a well-established explanation for many of these experiences. The human body must redirect blood flow toward the skin, increase sweating and work harder to maintain its internal temperature. Fluid and electrolyte loss may cause weakness, headache, dizziness, rapid heart rate, brain fog, reduced exercise capacity and irritability. Warm nights interfere with the normal decline in core temperature needed for restorative sleep. Poor sleep then lowers emotional tolerance, increases anxiety and makes ordinary stress feel more threatening. Research concerning geomagnetic storms and human physiology is more tentative. Some observational studies have reported associations with cardiovascular indicators, circadian rhythm, sleep, mood or nervous-system activity. The proposed mechanisms include changes in melatonin, autonomic regulation and biological sensitivity to weak electromagnetic variation. Yet study sizes, methods and results vary considerably, and the evidence is not strong enough to diagnose a condition called “Schumann sickness” or to conclude that a specific solar event caused an individual’s fatigue.
The most balanced interpretation is that human beings may respond to a combination of environmental burdens: heat, dehydration, disrupted sleep, stress, anxiety generated by alarming information, ordinary illness, overtraining, medication effects and perhaps, in ways not yet fully understood, subtle geomagnetic variation. Discernment begins by addressing the established causes first.
A Healthy Protocol for Periods of Heat, Seismic Anxiety and Solar Activity
The first principle is not to fight the body’s request for recovery. During extreme heat, intense physical training should be moved to the cooler hours of the morning or evening, reduced in volume when necessary and stopped if dizziness, confusion, nausea, abnormal weakness or chills appear. Hydration should be consistent throughout the day rather than postponed until severe thirst develops. People who sweat heavily may require electrolytes, but excessive salt or supplementation can be dangerous for those with kidney, heart or blood-pressure conditions. Water, balanced meals, fruit, vegetables and adequate protein offer a safer foundation than dramatic “detox” regimens.
The sleeping environment should be kept as cool and ventilated as reasonably possible. Curtains can remain closed during the hottest hours, bedding should be light and breathable, and alcohol, excessive caffeine, heavy late meals and intense exercise close to bedtime should be limited. A cool shower, damp cloth or fan may help the body reduce thermal load. Older adults, infants, outdoor workers, animals and people with chronic diseases require additional attention because they may deteriorate faster or communicate symptoms less clearly.
Mentally, it is important to limit compulsive monitoring of seismic maps, social-media predictions and Schumann charts. Constantly searching for confirmation trains the nervous system to interpret every sensation as a threat. Check official information at defined times, distinguish an alert from speculation, and avoid forwarding claims that lack a reliable source. Grounding practices such as slow breathing, walking in nature during safe hours, journaling, reducing screen exposure and maintaining regular meals can restore a sense of internal order.
Spiritually, this is a time for rootedness rather than esoteric panic. Begin the day with prayer, asking the Holy Spirit for wisdom, protection and freedom from fear. Psalm 91 may be prayed as an act of trust, not as a magical formula. The Rosary can regulate attention and breathing while orienting the mind toward Christ. Lectio Divina, Eucharistic adoration, worship and examination of conscience create the silence necessary to distinguish genuine conviction from anxiety. Families may pray together, reconcile unresolved conflict and prepare basic emergency supplies without transforming preparation into obsession.
Those experiencing chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, confusion, seizures, an inability to drink, very high body temperature or rapidly worsening symptoms require urgent medical evaluation. Spiritual practice complements responsible medical care; it does not replace it.
The Meaning of the Moment
Perhaps the deepest message of these weeks is not that every earthquake is being fired from the Sun, nor that every moment of exhaustion proves an electromagnetic ascension. The message may be simpler and more demanding: we are embodied beings living within a creation that is alive with forces far greater than our political systems, personal schedules and technological illusions of control.
The Sun can disturb the magnetosphere. Lightning can fill the Earth-ionosphere cavity with standing waves. Heat can alter the mind through the body. Tectonic plates can release centuries of accumulated pressure within seconds. Fear can turn information into superstition, while pride can turn scientific uncertainty into premature dismissal. Wisdom exists between those extremes.
The heavens are not silent, but neither are they sovereign. They reveal order, power, fragility and mystery, yet they remain creation. The Christian response is not to worship frequency, fear the cosmos or deny observable reality. It is to study creation carefully, prepare responsibly, protect the vulnerable and remain anchored in Christ.
When the earth trembles and the atmosphere grows heavy, discernment asks us neither to sleep nor to panic. It asks us to stand awake.

The subjects examined in this article belong to different fields of knowledge and should not be treated as though they carry the same degree of scientific certainty. To preserve intellectual honesty, the principal claims may be classified into four categories.

It is also well established that geomagnetic storms can interfere with satellites, navigation systems, high-frequency radio communications, electrical grids and other technological infrastructure. Schumann resonances are naturally occurring electromagnetic oscillations within the Earth-ionosphere cavity, excited primarily by global lightning activity. Their fundamental mode is normally observed near 7.83 hertz, followed by higher modes near approximately 14, 20, 26 and 33 hertz. These values fluctuate within limited ranges because the Earth-ionosphere cavity is dynamic rather than perfectly uniform.
Established health observations include the effects of excessive heat, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance and disrupted sleep on the human body. Heat exposure can produce fatigue, headache, dizziness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, heat exhaustion and, in severe cases, heatstroke. It can also aggravate cardiovascular, respiratory, kidney, metabolic and mental-health conditions. These mechanisms provide a more strongly supported explanation for many symptoms experienced during extremely hot periods than direct exposure to changes in the Schumann resonance.
Developing or disputed hypotheses include possible relationships between geomagnetic activity and human sleep, mood, cardiovascular regulation, melatonin production or nervous-system function. People may sincerely experience fatigue, concentration difficulties, dizziness or other nonspecific symptoms that they associate with electromagnetic conditions. However, such symptoms do not currently constitute a medically recognized illness caused specifically by solar storms or Schumann-resonance fluctuations. Environmental heat, anxiety, sleep deprivation, medication, illness and dehydration should be considered before attributing symptoms to geomagnetic activity.
The proposed relationship between solar storms and earthquakes also belongs to the category of an unconfirmed hypothesis. Some statistical studies have explored possible correlations or triggering effects, particularly where tectonic faults are already critically stressed. Nevertheless, a causal relationship between space weather and earthquakes has not been demonstrated. The mechanical energy of earthquakes originates principally in tectonic stress generated by the movement and interaction of Earth’s plates. According to the United States Geological Survey, solar flares and magnetic storms are not established causes of earthquakes.
Theological and symbolic interpretations comprise the biblical and apocryphal material discussed throughout the article. Scripture presents the heavens and the earth as part of God’s creation and frequently uses celestial or terrestrial disturbances as signs of judgment, transition, revelation or the fragility of human kingdoms. These passages provide a theological framework for discernment, but they should not be presented as scientific descriptions of solar physics, seismic triggering or electromagnetic medicine.

Appendix B: How to Read a Schumann-Resonance Spectrogram
A Schumann-resonance spectrogram normally represents electromagnetic signal intensity across a range of extremely low frequencies over time. The horizontal axis generally represents time, while the vertical axis represents frequency. Colors or brightness indicate the intensity or power of the recorded signal.
A bright white region does not ordinarily mean that the Earth’s fundamental frequency has permanently increased to the highest number visible on the graph. It may indicate stronger signal amplitude, lightning activity, local electromagnetic interference, instrumental saturation, missing data, calibration issues or changes in the ionosphere. The scale and meaning of the colors depend on the individual monitoring station.
The fundamental Schumann mode normally remains near 7.83 hertz, although it is not a perfectly fixed constant. Its measured peak can shift slightly because the height and electrical conductivity of the ionosphere vary according to solar radiation, the day-night cycle, seasons and atmospheric conditions. Recent research continues to show that changes in global and regional lightning activity substantially influence observed Schumann-resonance frequencies and amplitudes.
Consequently, statements such as “the Earth reached 80 hertz,” “the planet’s vibration doubled,” or “a white graph proves that collective consciousness ascended” should not be presented as direct scientific readings of a spectrogram. Such statements may function as spiritual metaphors, but they are not the normal physical interpretation of the data.
Appendix C: Solar-Weather Terminology
A solar flare is an eruption of electromagnetic radiation from the Sun. Its radiation may reach Earth within approximately eight minutes and can affect the ionized portion of the upper atmosphere, producing radio blackouts under sufficiently intense conditions.
A coronal mass ejection, commonly abbreviated as CME, is a large release of magnetized plasma from the solar corona. A CME directed toward Earth may take roughly one to several days to arrive, depending on its speed and trajectory.
A geomagnetic storm occurs when solar-wind energy interacts strongly with Earth’s magnetosphere. NOAA classifies geomagnetic storms from G1, described as minor, through G5, described as extreme. The classification refers primarily to measurable disturbances and potential technological consequences, not to a scale of spiritual awakening or human illness.
A solar-radiation storm involves elevated concentrations of energetic particles. NOAA classifies these events from S1 to S5.
A radio blackout results primarily from solar X-ray and extreme-ultraviolet radiation changing ionization in the sunlit ionosphere. NOAA classifies radio blackouts from R1 to R5.
The Kp index is a planetary measure of geomagnetic disturbance ranging from 0 to 9. Higher numbers indicate stronger global geomagnetic activity. It does not directly measure solar radiation reaching a person, human consciousness, earthquake probability or the Schumann resonance.
Appendix D: Earthquake and Solar-Activity Caution
Earthquakes occur when accumulated tectonic stress overcomes friction along a fault, releasing stored mechanical energy. Guatemala is located within a complex tectonic environment influenced principally by the interaction of the Cocos, Caribbean and North American plates. Seismic activity in Guatemala and neighboring southern Mexico must therefore be interpreted first within this established tectonic framework.
Although researchers may continue investigating whether electromagnetic or atmospheric conditions can act as weak secondary triggers when a fault is already near failure, no current method can use solar flares, geomagnetic storms or Schumann-resonance graphs to predict the precise time, location and magnitude of an earthquake.
A responsible publication should therefore avoid statements such as:
“Solar storms are causing the current earthquakes.”
“The Schumann resonance predicts an imminent major earthquake.”
“Fatigue or ringing in the ears confirms that an earthquake is approaching.”
A more accurate formulation would be:
“Some researchers have investigated possible statistical relationships between solar-terrestrial activity and the timing of certain earthquakes, but causation has not been demonstrated, and established earthquake science continues to identify tectonic stress as the principal source of seismic events.”
Appendix E: Heat, Fatigue and Mood Checklist
Before attributing fatigue, irritability, headache, vivid dreams, anxiety or concentration problems to solar or geomagnetic activity, readers should evaluate more immediate and medically established factors:
Exposure to excessive daytime or nighttime heat.
Inadequate water consumption.
Loss of sodium or other electrolytes through heavy sweating.
Reduced sleep duration or poor sleep quality.
Excessive caffeine, alcohol or stimulant consumption.
Intense exercise without sufficient recovery.
Viral or bacterial illness.

Appendix F: Practical Preparedness Protocol
Physical Preparation
Maintain regular hydration and consume balanced meals. Those engaging in prolonged outdoor activity or losing substantial fluid through perspiration may require appropriate electrolyte replacement. Exercise should be moved to cooler hours and reduced when heat becomes severe. Light clothing, shade, ventilation, cool showers and adequate sleep reduce the total physiological burden.
People with heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension or other chronic conditions should follow professional medical guidance before substantially increasing salt, electrolyte supplements or fluid intake.
Mental and Emotional Preparation
Consult official sources at defined intervals instead of continuously monitoring unverified social-media accounts. Avoid treating every headache, emotional fluctuation or technological interruption as evidence of a cosmic emergency.
Slow breathing, quiet reflection, journaling, time in nature during safe hours and reduced nighttime screen exposure may help regulate the nervous system. Fear-based interpretations should be tested against evidence, Scripture, reason and the counsel of trustworthy professionals.
Seismic Preparation
Keep drinking water, essential medication, flashlights, batteries, identification documents and basic first-aid materials accessible. Identify safe areas in the home and establish a family communication plan. During an earthquake, follow the guidance of local emergency authorities rather than attempting to interpret solar charts in real time.
Spiritual Preparation
Prayer should cultivate peace, humility, repentance and readiness rather than panic. Psalm 91, Psalm 46, Luke 21, Ephesians 6 and the words of Christ concerning vigilance may be used as foundations for prayer and discernment. The Rosary, Eucharistic adoration, Scripture reading, worship and reconciliation can help restore spiritual order.
Christian preparation does not consist of worshipping frequencies, stars or natural forces. It consists of recognizing that creation belongs to God, caring for the body responsibly, protecting vulnerable people and remaining anchored in Christ.
